Online live streamed Pilates classes available via Zoom in the comfort of your own home.
Sarah Gilberston will usually be found teaching Pilates at Walton St John’s but at the moment she's moved to a virtual class and the feedback has been amazing.
Also included is a video of the class so you can continue your Pilates practice.
